Dark Rooms: The lack of windows in the rooms created a claustrophobic atmosphere. The "fake" windows with backlit glass did not provide natural light, making the rooms feel dark and gloomy.

The dining options were amazing, with a restaurant, bar/lounge, and snack bar all on site. There were also plenty of leisure facilities, such as a spa & wellness center, library, and live entertainment.

The venue is fairly clean, with perfect location adjacent to Bangkok. The staff are outstanding, we liked them. Chinatown is a district that deserves exploring.

The Red Rose Restaurant offered a great selection of delicious dishes at reasonable prices. Despite the bustling location in Chinatown, the hotel was well-kept and stylish. We also enjoyed the excellent facilities and top-class treatment at the Burasari spa. we highly recommend Shanghai Mansion for a one-of-a-kind hotel experience.
