Location: the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. the bustling street right outside the hotel offers a unique experience with food stalls and a lively ambiance.

Dark Rooms: the lack of windows in the rooms created a claustrophobic atmosphere. the fake windows with backlit glass did not provide natural light, making the rooms feel dark and gloomy.

The service was exceptional, offering everything from room service to tours/ticket assistance. We appreciated the variety of amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and more. The dining options were amazing, with a restaurant, bar/lounge, and snack bar all on site. There were also plenty of leisure facilities, such as a spa & wellness center, library, and live entertainment.

The Shanghai Terrace bar provided fantastic people-watching opportunities, and the live music added to the ambiance. The Red Rose Restaurant offered a great selection of delicious dishes at reasonable prices. Despite the bustling location in Chinatown, the hotel was well-kept and stylish. We also enjoyed the excellent facilities and top-class treatment at the Burasari spa. we highly recommend Shanghai Mansion for a one-of-a-kind hotel experience.
